Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals as you implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies tailored to each students needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Previous experience in school or pediatric behavioral health settings preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to track data and follow treatment plans accurately
- Commitment to maintaining a positive, respectful environment for students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA-based interventions
- Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized education and behavior plans
- Record and analyze data on student progress and behavior
- Support students in both classroom and one-on-one settings to reinforce positive behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to adapt strategies as needed
- Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with school and district requirements
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
