Desired Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Previous experience in school or pediatric behavioral health settings preferred

• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to track data and follow treatment plans accurately

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA-based interventions
• Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized education and behavior plans
• Record and analyze data on student progress and behavior
• Support students in both classroom and one-on-one settings to reinforce positive behaviors
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to adapt strategies as needed
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with school and district requirements
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
