Sunbelt is partnering with a school district in the Auburn, Washington area that is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming school year. This is a school-based role supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 and small group behavior support
Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
Support students with classroom engagement and routines
Assist staff with reinforcing positive behaviors and learning goals
Requirements:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
School or pediatric experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow behavior plans and work closely with staff
