This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to provide dedicated behavioral support within a school setting in Auburn, WA. The role involves working 37.5 hours per week and focuses on supporting a student with mild to moderate needs on a 1:1 basis in the classroom. This is a contract position starting as soon as possible through June and potentially continuing into the next school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized behavioral support to a student with mild/moderate needs.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote positive student outcomes.
- Monitor and document student progress consistently.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
- Experience working with students with behavioral support needs preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Auburn, WA, full-time.
