• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or clinical setting highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellence in communication and interpersonal interactions

What youll be doing:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students, implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collect and document behavioral data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBA supervisors to ensure seamless communication and consistent interventions
• Foster a positive and inclusive school experience using proactive strategies
• Attend required trainings and team meetings to further your skillset
• Support the development of students social, academic, and functional abilities
