Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience with school-aged children or within educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain detailed data collection and accurate documentation
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group ABA therapy to students
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBAs
  • Track and report student progress using prescribed data systems
  • Assist in classroom management and support positive learning environments
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and best outcomes
  • Follow ethical and confidentiality standards in all interactions
