Job Description

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification in good standing required
  • Experience practicing ABA techniques in educational or clinical settings highly preferred
  • Comfortable supporting students from 1st to 12th grade in both classroom and one-on-one environments
  • Strong communication skills with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Ability to track data and follow behavior intervention plans consistently
  • Professional, reliable, and flexible approach to meeting students unique needs

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver tailored behavioral interventions to individual students assigned to your care (1:1 model)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, behavior analysts, and support staff to develop effective learning strategies
  • Collect, record, and maintain careful documentation of students progress and responses to interventions
  • Support students from elementary through high school with diverse learning and behavioral challenges
  • Model and reinforce positive behaviors in classroom and school settings
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date with best practices
