Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or clinical settings
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic school environments
What Youll Do:
- Work one-on-one and in group settings with students, following carefully designed ABA programs
- Record data and progress based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support positive behavioral strategies and classroom routines to encourage student growth
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student progress
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and school policies
