Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavior
• Support students in both classroom and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other therapists to promote positive outcomes
• Adapt approaches to meet the unique needs of each student
• Provide consistent feedback and encouragement to foster student growth
