Qualifications:
- Current and active Massachusetts PTA License required
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
- Ability to follow and implement treatment plans as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and positive environment for students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy interventions to support students individualized education plans
- Assist in the planning and execution of therapy sessions under the guidance of supervising therapists
- Document student progress and communicate observations to the therapy and educational team
- Support students in classroom and school environments to encourage mobility and independence
- Maintain clear, organized records and adhere to school and state regulations
