Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in an itinerant capacity across several schools in the Morrow County area. This full-time position offers the chance to make a direct impact by providing essential physical therapy services in an educational setting, with a likely extension through the next school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Holds an active Oregon PT or PTA license
  • Experience in school-based therapy or working with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and travel between multiple school sites
  • Comfortable conducting assessments, evaluations, and delivering direct therapy services
  • Prepared to participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Must complete fingerprinting requirements prior to start

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time contract offering 37.5 hours per week, beginning as soon as possible and running through mid-June, with high probability of continuation
  • Serve 5-6 school sites in Morrow County, working with a caseload that is currently in the 50s but expected to decrease
  • Responsibilities include conducting assessments and evaluations, delivering direct therapy sessions, and attending IEP meetings
  • Supportive environment with opportunities to positively influence student progress across multiple campuses
  • Interviews are conducted individually via Zoom for convenience and timely feedback, with hiring decisions made within 24 to 48 hours
