What Youll Bring:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification (required)
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet individual student needs
• Strong communication skills for working with students, teachers, and families
• Passion for improving student mobility, participation, and independence
• Knowledge of IEP documentation and goals is a plus

Your Daily Impact:

• Support implementation of student physical therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Work directly with students in one-on-one and group settings to develop gross motor skills and mobility
• Assist in evaluating student progress and documenting outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed to collaborate on goals and progress with the educational team
• Educate teachers and staff on safe movement and positioning for students with mobility challenges
• Promote an inclusive, supportive school environment where every student can thrive
