Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying physical needs
• Deliver PT services as outlined in students IEPs, with a focus on functional mobility, gross motor skills, and access to the educational environment
• Collaborate closely with special education staff, classroom teachers, and family members to ensure continuity of care
• Keep thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state standards
• Consult and provide training to school staff on adaptive equipment and mobility strategies
