Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kansas (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Previous experience in a pediatric or educational setting is highly valued
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and compliance standards
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with students, educators, and families
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing student needs

Key Duties:
- Evaluate students to determine physical therapy needs and develop comprehensive intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative PT services, supporting students participation in all aspects of their educational program
- Document assessments, interventions, and progress using required state and district protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement therapy plans
- Offer training and resources to school staff regarding best practices and accessibility for students with physical challenges
- Monitor equipment and recommend adaptive devices as necessary
