Key Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy License
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Commitment to fostering student independence and mobility
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students ages 3-21 as directed by Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to promote student success
• Assess students motor skills, using evidence-based evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional movement and participation
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide ongoing documentation of progress
• Educate students, families, and staff on adaptive equipment and proper mobility techniques
