Qualifications:

• Valid and active Wisconsin PT License
• Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students based on individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to optimize student outcomes
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment strategies, and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Educate families and staff on strategies to support student mobility and functional independence
