Job Description

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Physical Therapy
  • Active Ohio physical therapist license
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with physical or developmental needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Document student progress, follow IEP goals, and participate in relevant meetings
  • Offer guidance and strategies to staff for classroom adaptations and student safety
  • Assist in the transition planning process for students moving between grade levels
