Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP/504 plan processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering positive and inclusive school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop treatment plans for students with mobility, motor, and sensory needs
• Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups, adapting interventions to meet diverse physical needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress and goals
• Document student sessions, maintaining accurate records aligned with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations
• Utilize creative, child-centered approaches to maximize student engagement and participation
