Desired qualifications and experience:

• Active Physical Therapist license (California)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, teachers, and families
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Ability to adjust interventions based on each students unique needs

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the physical therapy needs of students referred for services
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy to students in various school environments
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students functional mobility and participation
• Monitor progress, document interventions, and maintain compliant records
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to student success
