Job Description

What youll need:

  • CT Physical Therapist (PT) license (required)
  • Prior experience or a strong interest in working with school-aged children and young adults
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to a variety of physical, developmental, and educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Assessing student abilities and writing detailed evaluation reports
  • Developing customized treatment plans and measurable goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participating in team meetings to facilitate holistic care and student success

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
