Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist licensure
• Experience or strong interest in school settings, particularly with preschool-aged children
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30 students while delivering effective, individualized therapy plans

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to preschool students, both individually and in small groups
• Develop and implement treatment plans customized to each students needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and family members to support holistic student development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to team discussions
