Key Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students at both elementary and middle school sites
- Assess students physical needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students academic and functional participation
- Maintain accurate records and document progress as required
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist in goal setting
Role Specifics:
- Contract position for the upcoming school year, starting in August
- Two days per week onsite at the assigned schools
