Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy is required
• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with staff, students, and families

• Adaptable to various age groups and educational settings (elementary, middle, high school)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine students functional mobility and physical therapy needs

• Keep accurate and timely records, including progress notes and reports for IEP meetings
• Educate and consult with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student participation
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development as needed
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric/school-based physical therapy
