Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and progress evaluations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students physical abilities and limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' mobility and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure therapy goals are aligned with educational objectives
• Provide direct therapy services, monitor student progress, and update goals as needed
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with all regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute expertise on student needs
