Required Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan physical therapist license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions for students with a variety of physical challenges
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other related service providers to create and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress, evaluations, and treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations for adaptive equipment and modifications to promote accessibility and academic success
  • Deliver therapy services individually or in small groups, tailored to each students goals and needs
  • Provide guidance and resources to school staff regarding safe and effective classroom adaptations
