Job Description

Embark on an exciting contract opportunity supporting K-12 students through dedicated, on-site physical therapy services for the upcoming academic year. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active South Carolina PT license required; SC is a compact state for licensure
  • Prior experience in a school setting or working with K-12 populations strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, family members, and students
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans for a range of student needs and learning abilities
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and dedicated to student progress and educational goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized and group physical therapy services exclusively onsite to K-12 students
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
  • Collaborate with educational teams for IEP development, goal setting, and student support strategies
  • Educate school staff and families about appropriate PT interventions to reinforce student progress throughout the school day
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with state and school regulations

This assignment runs from August 31, 2026 through May 27, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and the opportunity to work alongside passionate educators in a supportive environment.
