Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license for California
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Foundation in school-based healthcare practices
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation a plus
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to help students achieve educational and functional goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility and progress meetings
- Consult with educators, staff, and families to adapt environments for student needs
