Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Current Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and adaptability across various grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for students across elementary, middle, and high schools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school guidelines
• Provide direct physical therapy services, consult with teachers, and support staff on adaptive strategies
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to planning for students educational success
• Mentor and guide paraeducators or assistants as needed within therapy programs
