Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a school-based Physical Therapist. This contract position is onsite near Upper Darby, PA, and offers a unique opportunity to support a dedicated K-8 student caseload of 10. The role is set for an immediate start, running through June 17, 2027, with summer assignments and confirmation for the full 2026-2027 school yearincluding extended school year programs.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PA PT) license
• Experience providing physical therapy services in school or pediatric settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, students, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize student success and mobility

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services for K-8 students to enhance access to educational opportunities and foster physical development
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with required standards
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct student assessments and adapt interventions throughout the school year and into summer programming
• Promote an inclusive, supportive environment where students achieve their fullest potential

This position involves working 16.5 hours per week, typically over two days, with hours from 7:30 am to 3:45 pm, allowing for meaningful work-life balance.
