Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans for K-12 students.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and families to integrate therapy goals.
- Document progress, adjust treatment strategies, and maintain thorough records as required by school guidelines.
- Provide direct interventions, exercises, and recommendations designed for the school environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary teams educational planning.
Qualifications Sought:
- Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist licensure
- School-based, pediatric, or relevant clinical experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
