In this in-person role, you'll collaborate with educators and families, working districtwide to help students reach their full physical potential. The academic year runs from ASAP through June 2027, providing stability and the satisfaction of following your students progress from start to finish.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Connecticut (or eligibility in process)
• Previous experience in a K-12 school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to craft and implement individualized treatment plans
• Enthusiasm for working with a diverse student population

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized goals for students requiring physical therapy support
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services across multiple school sites
• Document interventions, progress, and compliance per district and state guidelines
• Work cooperatively with teachers, support staff, and parents
• Support inclusive classroom participation and student independence
