Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active California Physical Therapy (PT) License
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students across K-12 grades
• Provide direct physical therapy services, including interventions and progress monitoring
• Support students participation in classroom and school activities by minimizing mobility-related barriers
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and services in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the team
• Educate staff and families on strategies to promote generalization of therapy goals
