Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Physical Therapist license

Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to support students participation in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create effective, integrated plans
• Document therapy sessions and progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Support the development of IEPs and participate in team meetings
• Educate staff and families on strategies that facilitate student growth
