Job Description

This position is based onsite in Glendale, AZ, offering a full-time contract role for the 2026-2027 school year. From August through May, you will have the chance to build meaningful connections as you help students reach their physical potential and support their developmental goalsevery day brings a new chance to impact young lives.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current state Physical Therapy license (required).
  • Valid IVP FP Card (Fingerprint Clearance Card).
  • Prior experience in a school setting highly preferred.
  • Comfortable servicing students across a wide age range (PreK-8th grade).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite physical therapy services tailored to individual student goals and IEPs.
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and track student progress.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support student access and participation in school activities.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support strategies.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school district, state, and federal guidelines.
