• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
• Strong organizational skills with attention to documenting progress and complying with school policies

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students education goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, interpreting findings for families and education staff
• Provide training and support to educators and paraprofessionals regarding best practices for student mobility and physical access
• Maintain accurate records and regular progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
