A contract position is available for a Physical Therapist specializing in telehealth and in-school services. This role involves delivering physical therapy care to students in a school setting, utilizing both in-person and telehealth methods to support student health and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to student needs within the school environment.
• Conduct telehealth sessions to ensure continuity of care where in-person visits are not possible.
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapy goals into student educational plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services and student progress.

Qualifications:
