Job Description

Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Washington Physical Therapy license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI if not already done
Graduate or advanced degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations strongly desired
Commitment to working exclusively on-site (virtual therapy is not offered)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Ability to serve K-12 students and adapt interventions accordingly

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students with a wide range of needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
Assess student function, monitor progress, and document outcomes
Provide support and education to staff and families on student mobility, equipment, and access
Travel among district schools to manage caseload as needed (district-wide role)
