Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in Illinois
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Thorough understanding of developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services for K-12 students, adapting interventions to address specific educational needs
• Conduct evaluations to assess students physical development and functional status
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents to ensure the best outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for assessments, treatments, and meetings
• Offer guidance and training to educational staff on mobility, equipment, and classroom modifications as needed
