Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to provide school-based services in Sterling, IL, during the Extended School Year (ESY). This role involves collaborating closely with special education staff to support K-12 students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct physical therapy services aligned with students' IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students requiring therapy services
