• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Capacity to build positive relationships with students, families, and educators

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students with physical disabilities or delays
• Consult and collaborate with special education teams on strategies to support physical development
• Contribute expertise to IEP meetings and provide progress updates
• Deliver direct therapy and provide resources for teachers and families
• Assess student progress and document goals, modifications, and outcomes
• Educate staff and families on mobility techniques and adaptive equipment as needed
