What Youll Bring:

• Current and valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy strongly preferred
• Passion for working with students of diverse abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to promoting functional independence and mobility in a school environment
• Commitment to professional standards and ethical practice

What Youll Do:

• Deliver targeted PT services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize outcomes
• Document assessments, progress, and session notes in an accurate and timely manner
• Develop individualized treatment plans supporting students educational goals
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and modifications as needed
• Contribute actively to student-centered meetings and planning sessions
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy
