Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Physical Therapist license required
  • School-based or pediatric experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with early intervention and/or Pre-K students ideal, especially TPBA certification or PreK evaluation experience
  • Ability to be fingerprinted, which is mandatory for working with Pre-K populations
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to travel between schoolsmileage will be reimbursed
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff

Role Overview:

  • Serve a caseload of approximately 50 students, working collaboratively as part of a PT/PTA team
  • Provide assessments, therapy sessions, and documentation for students ranging from Pre-K to high school
  • Participate in Extended School Year (ESY) (July 8 to July 30, 2026, from 8:00 AM-12:30 PM, Monday-Thursday) and/or the regular school year schedule (August 13, 2026, to May 28, 2027, full-time 8:00 AM3:30 PM)
  • Conduct Pre-K evaluations as needed and develop individualized plans of care
  • Travel between multiple school locations with efforts to minimize travel distances
