Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Previous experience in a pediatric or school environment is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services within classroom and clinic settings
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to share strategies and recommendations for student success
• Attend IEP, team, and staff meetings as required
• Contribute creative ideas for adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and therapy materials
