Physical Therapist (PT) PartTime ESY | Sunbelt Staffing Start Date End Date: July 6, 2026 August 7, 2026 Schedule: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM | 3 days/week (PartTime) Caseload: K12 | Itinerant (Paid Travel Time)
Join Sunbelt Staffing as a dedicated Physical Therapist supporting Extended School Year (ESY) services for K12 students. This shortterm, parttime assignment is ideal for a PT who thrives in a schoolbased environment and enjoys working with a diverse caseload across multiple school sites.
Position Overview
The School-Based Physical Therapist will provide highquality therapy services to students with varying physical and mobility needs. This itinerant role includes paid travel time between school locations. Mileage reimbursement may apply (to be confirmed with the district).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive student assessments to determine physical therapy needs
Develop and update individualized goals aligned with IEP requirements
Participate in IEP meetings as a collaborative team member
Deliver direct therapy services to K12 students
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success

Hours: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
Days: 3 days per week
Caseload: K12, itinerant
Travel: Paid travel time; mileage TBD
