Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine individualized physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy sessions that help students improve mobility, coordination, balance, and functional skills
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other related service professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation, therapy logs, and progress reports in accordance with school policies
• Educate students, families, and staff on exercises, strategies, and equipment to enhance functional independence
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise during student evaluations, and assist with setting appropriate therapy goals
