Make a meaningful impact by working directly with students across K-12 grades as a Physical Therapist during this onsite contract opportunity. With flexible scheduling optionseither full-time or part-time (2-3 days per week)youll support a motivated and diverse caseload of up to 44 students across two school sites. A dedicated PTA will work alongside you, ensuring manageable and effective service delivery.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license
- ESA Certificate required
- Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess students motor skills and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy in both group and individual settings
- Consult with educators and families on student progress and adaptations
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
- Supervise and coordinate with a full-time PTA to effectively manage caseload
- Support extracurricular activities or school events as needed
