Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active PT license in Washington State
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is desirable
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other therapists
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective interventions for a diverse student population
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students physical therapy needs within the educational environment
- Develop individualized treatment plans that support students mobility, motor skills, and independence
- Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate strategies across settings
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes according to district and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student success

Compensation for this position ranges from $29.25 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
