Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active PT license in Washington State
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is desirable
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other therapists
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective interventions for a diverse student population

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students physical therapy needs within the educational environment
• Develop individualized treatment plans that support students mobility, motor skills, and independence
• Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate strategies across settings
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes according to district and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student success
