Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy is required
• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites, if needed
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to fostering student success
• Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and progress reporting

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine physical therapy needs within the school setting
• Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans for students from elementary to high school
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support academic and functional outcomes
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Educate school staff and families about interventions and best practices
• Assist with safe movement and participation in classroom and school activities
• Attend IEP meetings and provide progress updates as needed
