Seeking a dedicated physical therapist to provide vital support in an educational setting near Glendale, AZ. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite with a diverse caseload of students from PreK to 8th grade, supporting their growth and developmental needs throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid state physical therapy license
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings strongly preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with school staff, students, and families
• Flexibility to manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students ranging from PreK through 8th grade
• Assess student motor skills and functional abilities within the school environment
• Collaborate with special education and general education staff to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation for all services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for faculty regarding student needs
• Provide training and support to teachers and aides in implementing mobility strategies

Schedule & Details:

• Full-time contract position
• Expected dates: August 3, 2026 May 26, 2027 (subject to change)
• Single onsite position serving multiple grade levels
