Desired Qualifications:
- Current Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Previous experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings highly valued
- Familiarity with the unique needs of K-12 students

- Comfort working onsite in a school environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy to students K-12 in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Develop tailored treatment plans addressing motor skill development, mobility, and functional independence
- Consult and coordinate with teachers, educational staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate progress documentation following school and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and relevant staff training
