Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in Minnesota
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse age groups and developmental needs
• Proficiency with IEP processes and documentation standards
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct physical therapy services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and other related service providers to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for program planning
• Educate school staff and families about strategies for improving student mobility and access
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with district standards
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to accommodate a range of ages and skill levels
