Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials to practice in California
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEPs and relevant documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver therapy services to support students physical development and functional access to curriculum
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations for student care
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all therapy sessions and student progress
